Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
- Resolve all product or service related issues of the customers.
- Giving the right pitch to potential customers so that they buy the product or avail the services.
- Maintaining proper record of customers.
- Maintaining and updating customer information regularly.
- To provide the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- follow a communication script when handling a variety of topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Take advantage of opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build lasting relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable way
- Attend educational seminars frequently to improve the level of knowledge and performance
- Meet individual/team qualitative and quantitative goals
