Post- CA SA Sales Executive
Experience– 0 – 3 years (CASA/ BFSI )
Salary– 2.25-4.25 Lacs P.A.
Location– Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh

Qualifications: The optimum qualification for job success is: Graduation from a recognized institute.

About the role:

  • Business Development Officers are part of the bank’s frontline sales team.
  • Their primary responsibility is to sell the bank’s products to new customers of the bank.
  • They will be required to participate in offsite marketing activities and travel locally to meet new clients as a daily activity.
  • They are responsible for selling banking and third-party products to customers based on their needs.
  • They are responsible for handling customer queries.
  • Business Development Officers are required to achieve the targets assigned by the Bank within the initial 6 months to confirm their service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales of banks and third party products to new customers.
  • Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily routine.
  • Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products.
  • Achieve sales targets assigned by the organization on daily and monthly basis.
  • Complete all mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN etc.) required for the role.
  • Carry out all learning activities conducted by the Bank from time to time.
  • Daily entry of interactions with customers in the CRM system of banks.
  • Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative) for each activity.
  • Participate and follow all initiatives taken by the Bank from time to time

Role Competencies:

  • For successful execution of the work, the candidate must have the following:
  • Good communication (both oral and written) skills in both English and local language
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team
  • High sales orientation to consistently meet sales goals
  • Willing to travel locally to meet with customers during sales calls.
  • Must have compatible mobile device with required Android/iOS version.

Candidate should have good knowledge of Hindi and English and should also have good communication skills

Candidate should be presentable and smart

It is preferred that the candidate has a 2 wheeler.
