ITC careers Description

We require 2 Trainees in Consumer Activation Team for Bengaluru HO and Mumbai. These trainees will be required to start work from April to September (6 months).

ITC jobs Intern KRA

  • Maintaining MIS- Collecting reports received from the agency and making necessary corrections if required and sharing it with the brand team.
  • Maintain activation project base file in which all annual project data is entered
  • Maintain consumer database of all activation projects and share it with CDH team on monthly basis
  • Portal Compliance Check
  • Market visit of ongoing projects
  • coordination with agencies
  • Personal Project Work:
  • In charge of creating the Promoter App with the Apiary Agency and ensuring that the Pins are shared with the Promoter and Supervisor
  • Create reporting format at the beginning of the activity and get it approved by the brand
  • Promoter Briefing: Coordinate with the agency on the briefing time and be part of the shortlisting process with the brand and sales team.
  • Maintain a promoter scoring sheet while interviewing promoters for all activities and share the selected promoter list with the agency and brand
  • Coordinate and receive SOP documents for each project from the agency and schedule sharing of reports with agencies.
  • Reports should be shared twice a week for monthly activities and on Monday for every weekend activity.
  • WhatsApp Check: For all ongoing projects, have to check if the agency is updating launch message, promoter’s portal presence, SOH updates and final sales updates, if not then highlight the agency in the same group and if not Need to move forward to get back on track
  • Activity Audit: To check on the Activity Portal whether the promoters have logged in on time, marked their attendance, working hours are 8 hours and whether the supervisor has visited, if there are any discrepancies, the Assistant Manager Consumer The agency marking the activation needs to share an email and the activation manager
  • Other tasks: Coordinating with agencies on artwork file for ITC One project
    For activities in which we processed consumer data, feedback calls to check product experience or to track whether a sale was actually made (10% of the project database)
    Follow activation SOP and check whether agencies are following SOP or not
