Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers through leads, referrals, and field visits.
- Explain Personal Loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Guide customers through the documentation and application processes.
- Collect necessary financial information for credit assessment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory standards.
