IB ACIO Gr-II/Tech Recruitment 2025: Registration for 258 positions begins on October 25th, with salaries exceeding.
The Intelligence Bureau (IB) has issued a notification for recruitment to the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II and Technical positions. Candidates can register for these positions from October 25th. Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree to apply.
Job Desk: The Intelligence Bureau (IB), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has issued an official notification for recruitment to the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II and Technical positions. Candidates wishing to advance their careers in the IB as an ACIO or in technical positions will soon be able to apply online for these post. The IB will recruit a total of 258 IB ACIO Gr-II/Tech post. The application process for these positions will begin on October 25th. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for these positions online until November 16, 2025.
IB ACIO Gr-II/Tech Salary Requirements:
Candidates selected for these positions will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.44,900 to Rs.1,42,400.
IB ACIO Gr-II/Tech Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or other disciplines. Additionally, candidates must possess a postgraduate degree and other required qualifications to apply for these positions.
IB ACIO Gr-II/Tech Age Limit:
The minimum age for applying is 18 years, and the maximum age is 27 years. However, age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to special categories. SC and ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, and OBC candidates will receive a 3-year age relaxation.
IB ACIO Gr-II/Tech Selection process:
Candidates will be selected based on GATE scores, a skill test, and an interview. Candidates will be evaluated based on their GATE score for a total of 750 marks, a skill test for a total of 250 marks, and an interview for 175 marks.

The application fee is determined category-wise. The application fee is Rs.200 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and Rs.100 for reserved categories.
