Job Description & Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers through leads, referrals, and field visits.
  • Explain Personal Loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
  • Guide customers through the documentation and application processes.
  • Collect necessary financial information for credit assessment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Business, or Marketing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and loan products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
