Job Description:
ASUS is recruiting Technical Support Executives to handle technical queries related to ASUS products. This role involves diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.
Required Skills:
- Basic to good technical knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi; knowledge of additional languages ββis an advantage).
- Ability to understand customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness to work in a customer support environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer queries related to ASUS hardware and software products.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues (laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.).
- Providing step-by-step technical guidance to customers.
- Accurately documenting issues, resolutions, and interactions in the system.
- Ensuring adherence to quality, process, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.

For Freshers:
18,000 In-Hand per month
21,650 CTC
For Experienced Candidates:
21,000 In-Hand per month
24,350 CTC
