Job Description

We are looking for skilled and diligent Machine Operators to join our Production (Granulation and Compression) and Packing (Formulation) departments.

Ideal candidates should possess experience operating Fette and Kilian machines and have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot various production machines (Compression and Granulation) to ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly.
  • Operate Granulation and Compression machinery in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Adjust machine parameters and resolve equipment issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and equipment.
  • Accurately record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Ensure that products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 1 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Education: 10th, 12th, Diploma, ITI, B.Sc.
  • Ability to operate Fette and Kilian machines and troubleshoot issues
