Job Activities

1. Development and Commercialization of Packaging for New Products

Development and commercialization of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for new products. Preparation of specifications. Development of artwork and print approval. Preparation of the BOM (Bill of Materials).

2. Mold Validation

Timely validation of new molds/inline molds in accordance with established protocols.

3. Resolution of Quality-Related Issues

Conducting Root Cause Analysis of issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and resolving them.

4. Supporting the Business on Cost Reduction, Sustainability, and Alternate Vendor Projects

Assisting the team in executing cost optimization projects for branding and manufacturing. Assisting the Purchase team in alternate vendor development projects and implementing validation protocols as per established processes.

5. Benchmarking Against Competitors

Benchmarking company products against competitor products and formulating proposals for improvement.

6. SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Establishing SOPs and protocols for development activities.

7. Maintaining and Regularly Updating Shade Cards (LSD) and Specifications in SAP

Regularly maintain print shade cards and packaging specifications for all packaging materials within SAP to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Jaipur and the surrounding areas (covering 10–12 districts).
  • Assigning sales targets to distributors in accordance with annual objectives.
  • Achieving primary sales volume targets on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Conducting market visits for at least 20–25 days per month to gather intelligence on competitors present in the market.
